This is a small, curated cohort. Maximum 10 participants.

12 x 90-minute sessions over six months, fortnightly via Zoom. Between sessions you will be in action - video content, exercises and awareness practices designed to sharpen your thinking, manage your emotional response and keep your search moving forward.

This is a working programme. You will be expected to show up, put in the effort and hold yourself to account - with the structure, support and coaching to make that possible.
